Your Pyramason apparel is printed on-demand and carefully packed. This typically takes 2–5 business days before dispatch.
Dispatched
Once shipped you'll receive a dispatch email with your tracking number. UK orders typically arrive in 3–7 days, international in 7–21 days.
Delivered
Your order arrives. If anything is wrong — damaged, missing or incorrect — contact us within 30 days and we'll make it right.

We ship worldwide. Shipping costs and estimated delivery times are shown at checkout based on your location.
I haven't received a tracking number yet — is that normal?
Yes. Tracking numbers are only issued once your order is dispatched. If it's been more than 5 business days since your order confirmation with no dispatch email, contact support@pyramason.com.
Can I change or cancel my order?
Orders can be changed or cancelled within 24 hours of placing them, before production begins. Email support@pyramason.com as soon as possible.
My item arrived damaged — what do I do?
Email support@pyramason.com with your order number and a photo of the item. We'll send a replacement or issue a full refund.
